During this time, we would love to introduce ourselves to you and get a better understanding of what you’re looking for in a home as well as answer any other questions you might have.

You have the option to purchase a plan online or work with one of our partnered registered architects.

We can build on your site or ours. Once a location has been determined, we will take a visit to the site and conduct a soil boring test if necessary.

Once a plan and location have been established, we will have another meeting to discuss the products and materials desired for the project. This will include items such as windows, doors, trim, furnace type, etc.

After the previous steps have been completed, we will budget your project and provide you with a total estimate. Along with your budget, we will provide an approximate timeline for when your project will be completed.

Before work can officially begin, you will be asked to sign a final contract agreeing to the previously discussed sections.

It’s time to break ground! We will hire all necessary contractors and obtain permits for start-to-finish turn-key operations. We will be with you every step of the way!

Once the project is complete, we will do a final walkthrough of the space to make sure everything meets your standards and ours. After adjustments are completed, we will hand over the keys and welcome you into your new home.
